15 year old Edward Williams struggles financially, academically, and socially while working part-time at a diner to provide for him and his sickly mother. He does his best to live a normal life despite the unwanted ability to see beings that nobody else seems to see. But his entire life changes when a supernatural encounter forces him to travel an unnatural path alongside exorcists.
